30 Day Return Policy


Our main goal at The Little Shop is to offer you a selected range of high quality handmade products that you are 100% satisfied with. However, if you decide prior to opening the delivered product is no longer what you are after, we will happily provide you with a full refund for the product or an exchange within 30 days commencing from the date of purchase.

If you return an item to us for exchange or refund under our 30 DAY RETURN POLICY and it has been assembled, removed from its original packaging and re-packed, or the packaging is ripped or damaged we will be unable to provide you with a refund equivalent to the full purchase price. You will need to pay the shipping for the return of the product to us and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you ensure that the parcel is appropriately packed and returned to us via a trackable shipping method so that you have proof of dispatch and delivery. Please also note that the actual cost of our postage to send the exchange product to you to you will be deducted from your refund.

We highly recommend, please contact us first so we can advise the address for return shipping of the product. Clearance and sale items are excluded from the 30 day return policy. 

Please note that personalised products and prints can not be refunded or exchange.
